This double faced mannequin could be found in the mansion tavern.  No, the image was not altered in Photoshop.  The tavern would have mannequins intermixed with actors standing still.  When the patrons would least expect it, an actor would move to get the ultimate scare.  This picture was taken in the mid 80's and was provided by Larry Wolf.
