This was the last scene before exiting the Dungeon Boat Ride.  This demon's name was Shamron.  In the 80s, Shamron would recite the following speech in a very deep and eerie voice:

"For those of you who have committed sacrilege upon the catacombs of Castle Dracula I place upon you the curse of the ancient demons... Shamron, Casperon ,Kalon, Lucifer..."

Strangely enough, this was one of the only scenes that survived the fire that consumed the castle and the boat ride in January of 2000.  Eric Princz managed to salvage Shamron and he is now restoring the demon to its former glory.
